About Us

Who we are

PT Usaha Sertifikasi Lestari (USL) was officially established in 2026 through Notarial Deed No. 1, with legal endorsement from the Ministry of Law and Human Rights (SK No. AHU-0024239.AH.01.01 Year 2026). Headquartered in Kota Bekasi, West Java.

PT USL is currently undergoing formal accreditation by the National Accreditation Committee (KAN) and has been authorized to conduct Stage 1 and Stage 2 audits under the KAN witness scheme.

Rights & Obligations

Client Rights and Obligations

Terms applicable to all clients of PT Usaha Sertifikasi Lestari during the certification process.

Maintain and uphold the consistent and diligent application of the principles and criteria of the scheme/standard being certified.

Agree to undergo surveillance in accordance with the regulations of each certification scheme.

Report any fundamental changes related to the requirements.

In the event of an error in implementing the certification program, the client must withdraw or correct it in accordance with the scheme standard and/or as determined by PT Usaha Sertifikasi Lestari (USL).

Clients may not use certification outside its approved scope or use certification labels that have not been approved by PT Usaha Sertifikasi Lestari (USL).

Clients must establish procedures and response forms for complaints submitted to them and retain complaint documentation for a specified period in accordance with company policy.

Clients must comply with PT Usaha Sertifikasi Lestari (USL) requirements when referencing certification in communication media such as documents, brochures, or advertisements.

Clients must complete the agreement form and comply with logo usage procedures.

Clients are entitled to receive the certificate issued by PT Usaha Sertifikasi Lestari (USL) upon passing, and to use the certification mark in accordance with applicable provisions.

Rights and obligations may not be transferred to third parties unless stated in the contract agreement.
